Minibar and lights have not been repaired after several hints and complaints at the reception! Very unfriendly or indifferent staff (except the cleaning lady - she was very friendly!).

Location and facilities of the hotel, staff friendly and helpful.

Food was tasteless, little choice of pastries, uninspired desserts - mostly cakes and tarts. Room had defects (bathroom door could not be closed, a hinge of the room entrance door was torn out).

Interior in need of renovation (corridor to the room). Quality of breakfast and choice very modest. Early breakfast even worse. Coffee undrinkable. An absolute imposition. Water temperature in the wellness area too low, Sauna much too cold. Bathrobe and towel procedure too complicated.

The hotel has a charming and super location, within short walking distance to Bugibba Beach. A huge variety of a restaurant and bars you can select.

I loved strolling around the nearby Bugibba Water Park and SPB Public Beach, both just a short walk away. The hotel was perfectly situated with great amenities and friendly staff.

The high points of this hotel for me were the choice of pools - 4 in total - and the spa.

My main complaint was the majority of the staff whom I did not find friendly or helpful - the exceptions were Denis and Joseph at reception.

Nice hotel, nice complex with private beach. The rooms are spacious and clean, we felt comfortable. The staff was friendly, always helped when we needed something. Delicious, varied breakfast buffet.

If you don't like mass hotels, you're in the wrong place. Breakfast was a chaos with so many people, unfortunately the staff can't help that. Nearly all couches were occupied every day by the people who were keen to reserve some at 6 o'clock in the morning.

The value was absolutely amazing! Our room was spectacular and the services were great. We loved all of the food and the pool was great. We had a wonderful time.

Nothing really. Just when we were about to check out we noticed a lot of tiny ants in our room. If I had noticed them earlier, I probably would have been upset.

The spa was great, and there were lovely views from the hotel. The pools were also very nice. Breakfast was great, there was a wide selection. The room we had was lovely. Very modern and clean.

-The staff were hit and miss. One or two were not helpful, particularly when checking in. However on the whole the staff who were helpful made up for it. I felt that the wifi access was a bit expensive at 3.50 for an hour.

The very fact that your premise is to omit offensive language says it all. No further comment is necessary. Your own is offensive enough and requires no further comment.

1. Dead cockroaches in my room. 2. No bath and sink cleaning during stay; bath was actually harsh. 3. No shampoo/shower gel, except on the first day. 4. Only quilt spread out; bottom sheet crumpled and short. 5. Room service breakfast trays left from first day till last of my stay. 6. On arrival, after waiting 45 minutes to be told whether room was available, I was given a back room, when I had booked a seaview one, complained, was given mine and, consequently, missed lunch, as I was on conference and had a tight schedule. 7. As I was having a bath, a maid entered my room, obviously heard the running water, still walked in and looked straight at me in the bath! 8. Fine Mediterranean views

The breakfast included fruit, slices of fresh bread, pastries, cheese and bangers. The beds were comfortable, rooms were huge, air conditioned. Location: the hotel was really close to other areas.

Modern finished family rooms with excellent room cleaning services and friendly housekeeping. Good English Breakfast and reasonable priced restaurants. Evening entertainment great. Recommended

If you have are running around with a pushchair forget the lower part of the hotel by the beach, since there is no way you can access the Kids waterfall pool and the restarant by the beach.Same apply to disable persons. Some of the front desk reception have to keep in mind that client is always right and to keep a smile on their face all day long no matter how busy they are!!!
